1. Who we are and these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of paytimum.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Paytimum (“Paytimum”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Pre-launch information only
2.1 Paytimum products and services, including Paytimum Wallet, Paytimum Card, Paytimum Business, Paytimum Pay, Paytimum POS, Paytimum Fiscal and Paytimum Platform, are in development and are not available at this time.
2.2 Nothing on the Website is an offer, solicitation or invitation to enter into any agreement, open an account, or acquire any product or service, and nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2.3 Any future product or service will be provided only under separate terms agreed with you, and only where and when Paytimum or its partners hold the authorisations the law requires. Availability, features, pricing and names may differ from what is shown on the Website and may vary from country to country.
3. Illustrations and forward-looking statements
3.1 The devices, cards, screens, receipts, balances, transactions, names and card numbers shown on the Website are illustrations. They are fictitious and do not relate to any real person or account.
3.2 Statements on the Website about future products, plans and expectations are forward-looking. They reflect our current intentions and may change without notice. They are not a promise that any product will be launched, or that it will have any particular feature.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 The Website and its content, including its text, graphics, images and design, the Paytimum name and logo, the P mark and the slogan “Every way to pay”, are owned by or licensed to Paytimum and are protected by intellectual property law.
4.2 You may view the Website, and print or save its pages, for your own personal, non-commercial and informational use. Any other use, including copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, framing or creating derivative works from its content, requires our prior written consent.
4.3 Third-party names and marks, including Visa, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless we expressly say so.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers it runs on or any connected system, or interfere with or disrupt it, including by denial-of-service attacks;
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful material;
- extract content from the Website by automated means such as robots or scrapers, other than search engine indexing that respects our robots.txt file;
- use the Website to impersonate Paytimum, or to suggest a connection with Paytimum that does not exist.
6. Links to other websites
The Website may link to websites operated by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. You visit them at your own risk.
7. Availability of the Website
We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption or free of errors.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paytimum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website, or reliance on its content.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. If you continue to use the Website after a change, the updated Terms apply to that use.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with the Website, are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Bucharest, Romania, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website.
